Eligiblity:
Must have 1-5 years of experience in Human Resources/Accounting or related field, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. Experience with an IT consulting company and understanding of Quick Books is a BIG PLUS
Responsibilities:
Handling General Bookkeeping / Information Systems, Human Resources, Billing / Invoicing / Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, ADP Payroll etc.Coordinating all kind of legalities of Employees with our Attorneys. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Federal and state employment laws. Ability to communicate across various functions and levels through organization.
Good organizational and oral/written communications skills as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Project management skills required
Demonstrated sense of urgency in responding to, and following up on, open items
Detail-oriented and demonstrated analytical skills
Prudent decision-making skills
Demonstrated experience in maintaining highest level of confidentiality and ethical behavior.
Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
